Now that the EU's top leadership (including the Digital Decade 2030 initiative) has officially committed to placing the citizen at the center, those obstacles no longer exist. The proposal is no longer merely an experiment, but a mature solution for empowering the Union's "forgotten organizational level."

The concept of TeamFinder not merely as a commercial application but as a statutory civil right for every EU citizen would radically transform the structures of European society and the economy. How would the "TeamFinder civil right" work in practice?

A profile of skills and vitality: The profile would be more than just a CV (listing degrees and work history). Using AI, it would identify an individual's soft skills, cultural background, passions, and social vitality (e.g., organizational activities, hobbies, and a willingness to help others).
