By integrating the eIDAS/EU Wallet system and strategic data infrastructure, it offers:

Real-time citizen data: Direct and accurate insights into the challenges facing 450 million people.

Crisis management: A structural layer enabling the rapid, cross-border mobilization of expert teams.

Democratic trust: Strengthening the "forgotten organizational level" ensures the Union is anchored in real people, not merely in bureaucracy.

2. For the Coder/investor: TEAMFINDER IS Secure, Ethical, Scalable Architecture

TeamFinder is not an intermediary, but rather an "EU-wide team" infrastructure.

Breaking down barriers: Unlike commercial AI that fuels polarization, our algorithm uses mathematical precision to connect people with complementary challenges and break down silos.

Security and self-determination: Built on EU-wide standards for strong authentication (eID). User data is not a commodity, but personal property.

Open integration: An API-driven approach ensuring that TeamFinder can function as an EU-wide core component compatible with Member State services.

Please note: As the project is still largely at a conceptual level, many technical details (such as encryption techniques or server architecture) have not yet been publicly defined in their final form. It is worth considering how the new EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act) will affect the use of such algorithms and synchronize this with the official EU wallet, which is currently being tested.
